What I eat per day – for runners
Hello! Here is what I eat in the food video diary. This is a full-day food journal of what I ate from a runner, but at the moment I am not preparing for a marathon or half marathon. Remember to always listen to your body for your diet and running needs. (This is not a recommendation about what you should eat, drink, or do – just a story about what I eat. Get permission from your doctor or trainer before trying anything new.)
Everything I ate in one day from a runner …
This is the video “What I ate for the day” from the runner. There are so many posts in the food diary from influential people, weight loss bloggers, bodybuilding competitors, or other powerful people on social networks who share their food. But these posts may be irrelevant and not useful for runners.
And this food diary may not be useful to you, even if you are a runner.
Every body is different.
What you need to eat or drink is different from your brothers and sisters.
What you like to eat or drink may be different from your best friend.
I share what I ate per day because the most popular questions I get are about food …
What should I eat before jogging? What should I eat before the race? What do you eat before … ?? etc.
And I'm here to help – that's why I share a day of food. But I urge you to do everything possible so that you live a healthy, happy life.
If you are called by people who say that they ate – skip this post.
I do not think this post causes … I eat healthy food and treat that nourishes me well.
But someone who is struggling with food, his body, eating disorders or just tends to compare … it may turn out that he judges what I eat and / or what they eat – and this does not make someone feel good .
You must eat and drink what your body needs to live a better life.
And you should also use social media, entertainment and videos that make you feel good!
