Print this free PDF training calendar for runners – December 2019.
Use this running training calendar with your current training plan to get stronger this month!
This calendar is for runners who currently work 4 days a week. Run days are Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday.
There are 3 simple workouts with body weight that you can add to your workouts a few days before your run. Change it as needed to work with your plan.
Strength training tips for your workout calendar:
- Take time for strength training and stretching – this is important to prevent injuries and improve.
- Focus on form to get the most out of your moves.
- Always warm up carefully before running and exercising.
- After your warm-up, the transition to body mass moves, and then runs perfectly!
