Today I am over 50 pounds. Thank you r / lostit for all the inspiration and guidance! : lose it
After many failures, I finally lost a big chunk of my weight. I can't even count how many times I tried and failed, but I can really look back on how I was and see the progress! Seeing that everyone here is always going for it and changing their life really inspired me, and I can proudly say that today I am losing 52 pounds!
For anyone curious, I was on a 7-day program.
Abs performed every day. Lower intensity 5×5 days, higher intensity on volumetric days.
Cardio done outside the gym
5×5 three days a week and muscle isolation 4 times a week.
Monday – heavy 5×5 squats, bench, dead fever
Tuesday – 5×10 moderate biceps / triceps loads – 3-4 movements each
Medium – Heavy 5×5 squats, top stamp, Penndlay rows
Thursday – 5×10 moderate weight of the chest 4 movements
Friday – 5×5 squats, bench, traction
Saturday – 5×10 traps and lats, 3-4 movements each
Sunday – 5×10 shoulders or legs, one missed every week, and the schedule changes. 3-4 movements

Today: 202 pounds. A total of 52 pounds down. The shirt I wear was just as easy for me. I know that I am far from complete, but this is the most success that I have had so far. I plan to lean a little to about 180 and then swell. At the moment there is no loose skin. Thank you guys for your help.
