Tiny decisions matter

We all sometimes want to give up. What a relief it would not be to do what we should
do. To skip a workout. Call the sick. Eat all things. Say "eff
it "or" it does not really matter. " Just for today. And, perhaps
tomorrow.
It's not just me, right?
Despite our immediate desire to resist or avoid the task, we all know that doing it (insert a task you don’t want to do) will make us feel better. Even if our heart is not in it. Even if it is C + work.
