The release date for the new batch is set for March 19, 2021. Ben Wheatley replaced Rohr Uthaug in the director’s chair for this film, and now it's a MGM production (2018 edition of Warner Brothers).
Wikander worked hard in last year’s film and gained 12 pounds for this role. To do this, she trained with Magnus Ligdback (the same guy who helped James McAvoy burst into Glass and ben affleck accumulate Batman) She also developed all the skills that her character in the film possesses, such as rock climbing and mixed martial arts. Of course, she was a ballet dancer before her acting career took off, so she was not used to intensive training.
