Having been involved in the health and fitness industry for more than 30 years, this is something I've heard more than I can count! People will tell me all the time that they simply do not have time to sit in the kitchen for hours and cook these complex, healthy dishes. Well, let me tell you that this menu plan will take less time than driving through fast food and will be more delicious and better for you!

For this 5-day menu plan, you will need to get a little ready for work at the beginning of the week, and this preparation will only take about 45 minutes. After completing the initial preparatory work (I like to cook on Sunday), then every day you need only about 30 minutes. for cooking food. I do not speak 30 minutes for each meal, I say only 30 minutes a day.
