Hello! Here are the answers to all your questions from @RunEatRepeat on Instagram this week. I cut it into 2 parts, because they called me in the middle of the video (um, video?). Part 1 focuses on RER visors and the duration of recovery for half or full marathon. Part 2 is about tips for new bloggers and fun personal questions like “What do you like to do on Sundays?”.

Any updates on visors?

Yes – RER visors in the work! I asked in a recent Instagram post about your choice of colors, and I'm trying to achieve this. It will probably be 30 days before they become available (depending on the company I work with).

(I asked for color queries on Instagram a few weeks ago. If you want to join your vote commentary or DM me, but I do not check this post for new color offers.)

How long do you recover from a half marathon?

The usual rule for recovery time after a race is one easy day for every mile of the race. Thus, for the half marathon you need 13 days of simple / recovery days.

Every body is different, and you have to do what is best for your body.

Ran my first marathon last weekend. How long do you take off after 26.2 miles?
