Conical weight belt Aesthreadics
Recommended by Nick Collias, Executive Editor

The quality and attention to detail are immediately striking when you remove the leather belt for lifting from Aesthreadics. A conical model with a thickness of 7 millimeters from this promising belt manufacturer is conditioned and broken from the very beginning, resulting in a belt with a natural feeling that stays in place, tightens tightly, turns on and off easily and feels comfortable in all types of lifts.
Darren Conroy, founder of Aesthreadics, is a professional bodybuilder, so the belt is not what you need, for example, for powerlifting competitions. It is not intended to be. Aesthreadics belt with vintage lines and soft colors (dig in the classic brown color!) Designed for comfortable lifting under the radar, without the need to constantly tune and rebuild in search of a pleasant place. It is like a second skin, but which makes each type of lift stronger and safer.
Bodybuilding.com Canvas Duffle

This classic sportswear resolves all my complaints about sports bags. The unnecessary straps and high-tech “features” hanging from the bag drive me crazy, so I appreciate the ultra-thin design of the old school — even the removable shoulder strap. The long, slim figure fits easily in a sports locker or in a packed car (hello, summer weekend), in contrast to the larger bags that need to be squeezed when serving.
One more thing I hate? I had to dig blindly into a big bag in search of my socks, which are buried under several layers of sportswear. The small size of this jacket and the full length of the zipper provide easy access to all its contents.
It even solves my finest grip on a gym bag: light-colored fabrics that look dirty after two weeks of heavy rotation. The weathered coal canvas of this sturdy bag shows no dirt on the gym floor and will only look cooler when it continues to be hacked. He instantly became my favorite bag for everyday wear. Now I need to find something else to complain about.
Mind Body Fit for all access
Recommended by Kaylan Kalina, content editor

As a former personal trainer, I know how hard it is to find the right path to begin my health and fitness journey. Information overload on the Internet can be frightening, and trying to start an exercise program, review your diet and at the same time relieve stress is enough to make your head spin.
With the new program All Access Mind Body Fit, all of the above is achieved in a realistic 90-day regimen, which includes follow-up workouts, simple nutritional recipes, as well as meditation with a guide and yoga. Even if you are in a busy season of life, Mind Body Fit is an ideal book for games with health priorities: workouts take 5–20 minutes, and food can be prepared in minutes with leftovers.
I especially love yoga and meditation. I tend to put physical recovery and mental rest in second place after workouts with weights, but they are equally important – just like your body to creative food. Regardless of your goals and experience, Mind Body Fit has all the elements of well-being and a comprehensive approach to health that will benefit everyone!
Muscle Beach Fill-N-Go Funnel
Recommended by Frida Johnson, copy editor

It may seem a bit, but this is my favorite fitness accessory, and the only one that I use every day. Ideal for a portion of protein powder, BCAA, creatine, or pre-workout, this is a very convenient way to take a sip wherever you go. Just drop it in your purse, backpack, or gym bag, and you're done!
Packing up a funnel is easier than pulling powder around with gunpowder, and you don’t need to worry about leaking, as you do with a pre-blended drink or a bottle with a shaker, so I think it is win-win. It also does not contain BPA and is safe for the dishwasher, which is always a plus. Bonus: costs less than $ 5, so this is a great addition to the order that will help you go on free shipping.
