Bodybuilding.com Signature 100% Whey Protein, Taste Birthday Cake
Recommended by Shoshanna Cohen, content editor
White icing cake is one of my favorite things on earth, so I'm just a fan of everything related to the taste of a festive cake. Judging by the overwhelming reaction, when Bodybuilding.com released its first protein for a birthday cake in 2018, many of you feel the same way. The latest version of this funny, delicious protein powder was made in honor of the 20th anniversary of Bodybuilding.com in 2019. It completely satisfies my craving for the pie and supports my goals instead of hitting them in the face like real pie.
Each spoon gives 10 grams of whey isolate and 7.5 grams of whey hydrolyzate and whey concentrate, giving a total of 25 grams of high-quality protein with a creamy taste. I can't wait to make protein fudge with this. And yes, he even has a spray.
Available while in stock.

Swole Strap is one of those rare online fitness gadgets that doesn’t try to “interfere” with how you exercise, but simply makes it a little more effective. This is an adjustable nylon strap with a pin and loop – nothing special, but when attached to a common gym cable bundle, it allows you to choose two different weights for different parts of the same movement.
Just as strips or chains can change large movements, such as traction and squatting, the Swole Strap allows you to invert the “strength curve” of cable movements, adding extra weight where you are the strongest, and limiting it where you are weaker. With such movements as lowering the breadth, curls and variations of the flies, I immediately felt the difference in terms of much greater muscle activation during peak contraction.
Best of all, it takes up almost no space in the gym bag and is sold at an affordable price. This can be the perfect “secret weapon” to get the most out of your workouts in a commercial gym or hotel.
Pre-cut 10 "RockTape Strips

With a sudden increase in activity that occurs every spring, pain can suddenly intensify. More and more athletes are preventing the inevitable problems with joints and muscles using a strategic kinesiology tape, using pre-cut RockTape strips.
This flexible sports belt is designed to support muscles and joints without restriction of movement, while simultaneously improving the fluid dynamics under the skin. When properly applied, the kinesiology tape can help improve blood circulation and lymph drainage to reduce pain and promote healing. It can be difficult to apply for the first time, so read this article to familiarize yourself with the process, or hit your trainer or friend CrossFit to show you the ropes – or the tape.
And for experienced cones with more specific needs, RockTape is also available in rolls without pre-cutting, resistant to sweat and especially tough, waterproof and hypoallergenic varieties.
