NSFW, A Year of Sweat, Proudly Saying I'm 44 Pounds Down!

40 pounds down The left photo of 2016 with my highest weight of 73 kg (160 pounds), and now I'm currently 52.3-54.5 kg (116 pounds) Looking back, I'm not sure what I can do it again 😂 I remember starting to feel sorry for me, all my teenage years, I was overweight, and I feel that I am getting old every day, if not now, then when? so it's time for me to change. I start to run around July 2018 3-4 km a day for 5 days a week, I really join the gym on November 25, 2018. I go 5 times a week for 4 km, get tires, stop doing all cardio and start lifting weights around. 7 months ago I am following a female physique program. However, there is a goal to follow, we hope to reduce muscle mass by 110 pounds and build more ass! I’ve lost a little bit, because over the past few months I’ve just eaten everything I want … I have risen from 49 kg to 53 kg, but it was wonderful, now I am stronger than ever.
