Light Banana Yogurt Cupcakes
Have you ever made blender muffins? This is the easiest way to bake (and mix!) Tasty treat. These banana yogurt muffins are made from oats, real Californian yogurt and bananas, so they contain calcium and protein, making it an excellent option for a healthy breakfast or snack that the whole family will love.
Ingredients:
- 6oz. Real Californian Milk Vanilla Yogurt
- 1.5 to quickly cook oats
- 2 large bananas (ripe)
- 1 egg
- 1/4 of brown sugar
- 1 hour L. cinnamon
- 1 pm L. vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon L. table salt
- 1 hour L. baking powder
- 1 hour L. baking soda
- optional: walnuts or mini chocolate chips
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease muffin grease or use non-stick coated cups.
Put all the ingredients in a larger blender. Mix it up.
Fill cup muffins 3/4 full path.
Optional: top with walnuts or chocolate chips.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until tender.
Enjoy!
Keep leftovers in the refrigerator. Heat them for a few seconds so that they become warm and soft the next day!
