1. How many days a week do you run now?

2. Do you want to increase the distance / speed / how many days do you run?

3. Are you preparing for anything right now?

4. How long should it be? 4 weeks? or 6 weeks?

5. Can you average 15 min / miles or faster?

I want to make it a challenge that really helps keep you on the path and pursue your goals! 💯 〰️

It will probably be 4 days a week with an increase in mileage every week. This is an excellent base for increasing endurance to run longer and stronger. ◽ ◽
