I ran LA Marathon several times and I think this is the most underrated marathon in the United States. Why isn't it grouped with other big-city marathons like New York, Chicago or Boston? Los Angeles is everything! But we can talk about it another time.
Today I have a bunch of links and tips if you are racing. Check out my race results, last-minute tips, tips I received from a professional Olympic marathon trainer, and amazing food at LA Marathon!
I have a live interview with Amanda called “Run to the Finish” about her new book –

And if you are in the area, I hope you join Amanda Brooks and me to easily go over and talk about her new book on running – Run to the Finish.
About the book:
Run to the finish line: a guide for daily runners on preventing injuries, ignoring hours and loving running is more than just a tutorial, a reminder that we don’t always have to chase the fastest times to become a great runner. We laugh out loud at our run, followed by tips to help you keep running for years to come.

It will be very easy to shake, starting at 9 in the morning from the store. We will go across the street and run along the water, where I probably need to take a picture, because it's damn beautiful.
ALL CHALLENGES are welcome, and if you are running for a marathon, it is really easy to do.
After that, we will go to the store for this direct conversation with Monica to help you pick up some great last-minute tips for the race day and spend some time refueling and restoring. I can’t wait to meet you and enjoy the day!
** Skip running. If you're just not thrilled, join us at 9:30 for conversation, enjoyment and community.
I hope you join us!
