Hello! It's time to update my hydration task! For a lil freshener … I set a goal to switch my drinking habits a bit. Although I drink a lot of water – I drank a LOT of ZELTS and supplemental vitamin drinks and other occasional sips.
My main goal was to gain control over my drug addiction. My other goals were to make delicious iced tea, which I thought would be great if I had ever been a friend and they came up. Then I could keep this hypothetical friend with the promise of more delicious tea.
I made delicious strawberry iced tea with fresh strawberries, green tea and SPLENDA® Naturals Stevia Sweetener. I really liked it! And it was very simple, so it is a double victory.
I also tried different fruit and tea combos. I used frozen peaches and blueberries for different variations.
Since I first did this task for myself, the weather has become cooler (at least it's cool for me, but not cold compared to places with real seasons). Despite the fact that it is not full of crisp autumn weather and beautiful orange leaves all over the place – I still really love Autumn! It's my favorite! This is the best weather! And I love the warm flavors of autumn, such as cinnamon, pumpkin spice and tea, tea.
Therefore, I begin to move from tea drinking from cold tea to hot tea. And I love it.
Recently I have been making tea with vanilla tea or pumpkin tea with SPLENDA® Naturals and a good amount of milk. It's sweet, creamy, and I really like it. So convenient!
Let's look at my hydration goals and see how I did it …
Purpose of hydration:
- Drink my bottle of water before drinking other “fun” drinks. After coffee, as I drink this before running. This includes low-calorie drinks and seltzer. >>> Update: I did it in about 80% of cases. This is good enough for me, so I am good at it.
- Limit yourself to 2 seltzers per day. >>> Update: I just realized that I started drinking more, now that it is getting cooler, and I relax while making iced tea. But I coped well with this during the month with the request.
- Make a batch of cold tea every other day. (One batch lasts 2 to 3 days when I just drink it.) >>> Update: I bought a special jug for iced tea and made it very easy for me to do it. I think this is a good way to make sure you attach something – set yourself up for success!
Overall: I think I really did a good job with the hydration problem. I discovered new frozen tea combinations that I like! And I drank more water.
I will continue to update my latest tea and frozen coffee obsessions on Instagram and Insta Stories, so follow @RunEatRepeat to keep up with it!
