Q: Will you have crickets or cricket protein powder?
I noticed these chips in Ralph & # 39; s – this is just my local grocery store. They were also not in the bizarre area of bugs in the store – only with other chips.
The company Chirps Chips – but soon there were many new companies that come out with cricket protein powder and other proteins and protein proteins.
The bag said that one serving has the same amount of protein as one egg white.
They also have pea protein in them, which also increases the protein factor. In addition, other power indicators seem similar to other chips –
Serving Cheers Chips = 140 calories and 7 grams of fat.
A portion of Doritos = 150 calories and 8 grams of fat.
I put 2 types of chips side by side here to compare.
They are quite similar to some of the statistics that I look at first — calories, fat, fiber, and protein. But the ingredient lists are very different. They have 1 cricket per chip! So, probably, I had 88 crickets! (I ate most of the bag at the first meeting – they are good!)
Here is the video in which I first tried them:
I bought them at the grocery store, but they are also available on Amazon – Chirps Chips Variety Pack
And they have a mix of cookies with cricket protein and cricket protein powder.
I definitely want to try more from them, because I'm so curious, and if it's also better for the environment for us to go to cricket or another squirrel squirrel … I'm fine, I eat it in cookies and chips for sure!
Let me know if you want me to try any new type of donut or other wholesome food for the next video …
