Step 1 – Weighing in during the week 1

Week 1 Weighing

If you make a mistake or want to update your weight within a week, simply repeat your weight. The tracker will always use the most recent entries.

Step 2 – Register steps and actions to earn points in the intergroup competition.

Please note that we define “active minutes” as minutes of deliberate action to achieve your health goals. This may be jogging time, training at the gym, yoga, extra walking with a dog, etc. This does not include minutes of activity for daily activities. If your fitbit gains 10 minutes of activity during the purchase of products, we do not consider these active minutes for this task. Any questions, please ask your captains.

Occlumency versus Herbology

This week indicates:

  • 1 point for most minutes of activity among each match 1 vs 1
  • 1 point for each team with more than 5M steps per week
  • 1 point for each team with a total number of minutes of activity above 25K per week
  • 1 point for each team with a weight over 80%
  • 1 point per team with the highest participation weight

Schedule

NOTE: Each week starts on Friday, so until next Friday at 8:00 EST (when next week is published) you will have time to complete the weigh-in. You can weigh several times during the week, but only the most recent recording will be recorded on the tracker.

  • April 5 – Registrations are open.
  • April 12 – Week 0, set goals, register before the end of the week
  • April 19 – 1st week, one-on-one battles begin, registration is closed (you have so many days to weigh)
  • April 26 – Week 2
  • May 3 – Week 3
  • May 10 – week 4
  • May 17 – Week 5
  • May 24 – Week 6
  • May 31 – Week 7, the last one-on-one battle
  • June 7th – Results and announcement of the next call
