Hello everybody. Welcome to Week 0 of our competition: The Great Detectives of Loseith, This week we will focus on determining your goal and begin tracking activity.
Loseit Challenges is a team competition that lasts 8 weeks, during which you set a goal to lose weight, and then weigh yourself weekly, trying to achieve or not achieve this goal at the end of the test. Every Friday there will be a new post with links / instructions for each week. Subreddit and your team’s disagreement channel will also contain all the necessary information.

NOTE: The latest registrations are at the bottom of the list. Team manager working every 5 minutes If your team is empty, just wait. It will be updated in real time on the desktop, but you may need to update the spreadsheet on your mobile phone to see the changes.

Step 4 – Weigh and Set a Goal
Weigh and set your goal here.
Here you will also select the weight of the target. If you sign up today, you also need to weigh in during the week of April 0 through April 16.
Please try to choose a reasonable target! The goal of these tasks is to create sustainable weight loss habits. If you win one or two weeks, keep pushing and don't give up! There are no penalties for fighting, only for surrender.

note: We define minutes of activity as “deliberate extra activity to achieve your health goals.” This may include things like weight lifting, running, yoga, walking to work instead of driving, following YouTube training, etc. Actions taken to achieve your goals that are not yet part of your regular day.

NOTE: Every week starts from Friday, so until next Friday at 9:00 EST (when the next week will be published) you will have time to complete the weighing. You can weigh several times during the week, but only the most recent record will be recorded on the tracker.
