Tracker The tracker page is here!
Remarks: Now you can send several weighings a week, but only your newest application will be included in the tracker for the call. You can send your weight at any time between the opening of this form (on Friday, indicated in the schedule, for example, "October 12 – week 0") until 7:59 am EST next Friday.
Joining the subreddit command is optional, but it should be. Being active with your team supports participation and perhaps this is the extra push you need to keep you moving. This can be the difference between 8 weeks of grinding or 8 weeks of fun and support to lose the weight you want. Please do not ask to assign a specific team.

What we do / how we do it:
We track the minutes of exercise, the minutes and the steps of the force. You have until Friday 8 am EST next week to indicate your minutes and number of steps. We would like to point out that this is completely optional, so if you can’t do it or it’s not for you, it’s cool.
You can send them every day or wait until Thursday to send them all. The form is re-submitted, but please submit only one form per day – multiple forms for one day (for example, 3 times on Tuesday) will be deleted. Like everyone, if you notice a mistake or forget to add something, let us know and we will fix it. This is all for everything: incorrect username, incorrect unit of measure, transposed steps and minutes of training, etc. Please enter only numbers. If you run for an hour, it's only 60. If you get 12,000 steps, it's only 12,000.
What is considered exercise or power minutes?
Whatever you do safely. For example, running to the street, running on a treadmill, climbing stairs, walking, etc., are all considered exercises. The length of the minutes includes all types of weight lifting and increasing the strength of the workout. If the activity is aimed at both heartfelt and strong focus, it really does not matter which category you assign it until you double it (otherwise it will not involve strength or physical exercise) . Also, please do not count strength or exercise minutes from work if they have not been measured by a fitness tracker. This is due to the fact that the main task of the intergroup task is to encourage people to start exercising or perform strength training in their free time or continue if they are already going! If you have any questions or need clarification, please do not hesitate to ask!
Security is the key.
Feel free to contribute as much time as you can. safely, Someone else may have a marathon that takes a few hours, and you can squeeze fifteen minutes on a treadmill – that’s great! Do not compare yourself with this person. Do not hurt yourself by trying to help your team. Every minute is important to your team, be it 10 minutes or 100, so do as much as you can without injury.
