How points will be added each week:
- 1 point to the winner of each 1 vs 1 match
- 1 point for the team with the highest score for the week
- 1 point for each team in increments greater than 2M per week
- 1 point for each team with a total number of minutes exceeding 10,000 per week
What we do / how we do it:
We track the minutes of exercise, minutes and steps of the force. You have until Friday 8 am EST next week to indicate your minutes and number of steps. We would like to point out that this is completely optional, so if you can’t do it or it’s not for you, it’s cool.
You can send them every day or wait until Thursday to send them all. The form is re-submitted, but please submit only one form per day – multiple forms for one day (for example, 3 times on Tuesday) will be deleted. Like everyone, if you notice a mistake or forget to add something, let us know and we will fix it. This is all for everything: incorrect username, incorrect unit of measure, transposed steps and minutes of training, etc. Please enter only numbers. If you run for an hour, it's only 60. If you get 12,000 steps, it's only 12,000.
What is considered exercise or power minutes?
Whatever you do safely. For example, running to the street, running on a treadmill, climbing stairs, walking, etc., are all considered exercises. The length of the minutes includes all types of weight lifting and increasing the strength of the workout. If the activity is aimed at both heartfelt and strong focus, it really does not matter which category you assign it until you double it (otherwise it will not involve strength as well as physical exercise) . Also, please do not count strength or exercise minutes from work if they have not been measured by a fitness tracker. This is due to the fact that the main task of the intergroup task is to encourage people to start exercising or perform strength training in their free time or continue if they are already going!
