This task is a team competition that will last 8 weeks, during which you set a weight loss goal, and then weigh yourself weekly, working to achieve this goal or to achieve it at the end of the test. Every Friday there will be a new post with links / instructions for each week. In this competition there will be one common subredact, but each team will have its own dissonance, which will also contain all the necessary information.

Step 4 – Weigh and Set a Goal

Here you will also select the weight of the target. If you sign up today, you also need to weigh in during week 0 through October 11.
Please try to choose a reasonable target! The goal of these tasks is to create sustainable weight loss habits. If you win one or two weeks, keep pushing and don't give up! Points are awarded for more active participation in the weighing, so please continue to weigh not only for yourself, but also for the good of your team! There are no penalties for fighting, only for surrender.
NOTE: If you send several weighings in a week, only your newest record will be included in the tracker.

note: we define minutes of activity as “deliberate extra activity to achieve your health goals.” This may include things like weight lifting, running, yoga, walking to work instead of driving, etc. Things that are not yet part of your regular day.
NOTE: Each week starts on Friday, so until the end of the next Friday at 9:00 EST (when the next week will be published) you will have time to complete the weigh-in. You can weigh several times during the week, but only the most recent record will be recorded on the tracker.
September 27 – registration is open
October 4 – Week 0, set tasks for yourself, register before the end of the week
October 11 – Week 1, one-on-one battles begin, registration is closed
October 18 – Week 2
October 25 – 3 week
November 1 – Week 4
November 8 – Week 5
November 15 – Week 6
November 22 – the seventh week, the last fight one on one
November 29 – Results and announcement of the next call
