Good day to all! We would like to announce the first AMA for 2020 with Stronger By Science.
Stronger by Science is dedicated to these weight-based training approaches. Evaluating studies and recent studies, their goal is to provide a resource that people interested in raising can use for self-education. February 6 at 17:00 Eastern Standard Time, we would like to invite their employees to answer questions that you may have, but are not limited to weight loss and training.
