Weight loss while traveling. A couple of years ago I had my first real relationship, and we constantly ate. In addition, I had a very hard job. I had a snack all day at the top of the meal 2 dinners. I lost my job and my man and depression made me continue to eat until I gained 210 pounds.
Once I volunteered with my nephew for scouts, and he took a picture of me on a horse … I could not believe that it was me in the photograph. At this moment, I began to count calories and, having trained, at first I quickly lost weight.
No, I was not consistent (suck plateau). I would lose about 10-15 pounds and take a break. Fortunately, I supported most of my breaks.
Last year I discovered an intermittent fasting and combined it with a calorie count. It really helped.
Thanks to all the people who write in this section, you motivate me so much! I also enjoyed competing with the team ghost when I reached my goal!
Edit: Thanks for the silver, gold and all the kind words! I forgot to add, since losing weight, I no longer have asthma or prediabetes! So yes, I am also much healthier.
