Goals must be SMART (A specific measurable-reachable-bound time limit). For example, if one of your resolutions is to use more, think about what your goals may be in this regard. The great goal of SMART would be to write: “I'm going to train 30 minutes three times this week.”
The bigger overall goal might be that you want to run 5k in three months. The smaller weekly goal was to start running / walking twenty minutes, four times a week or something. By setting goals, you really set yourself up for success! If you want to learn more about how to set up smart goals here.
