I published here 50, but found some photos from September 2017, which I most likely took at the beginning of a new diet. I didn’t really lose weight until about 7 months ago, but I’m so glad I took these photos. I know that it was my highest weight in the photos, but I'm not sure that it was 240 – I then refused to weigh myself and suggested that I still swim around 200 until I weigh in December December 2017.
My gut heals a bit and I stick to paleo / scd with some changes. It seems that every week or so I find another problem food! As soon as my depressive episode clears up a bit, I want to start adding light exercises, but I have to wait for my energy to return. I know that if I establish a good workout, I may be able to get through the next episode and the seasonal depression is a little easier. Right now, I'm trying to evaluate my body for what it can do. I save most of my energy for cooking real food and today is the most delicious salad!
