Hello everyone, I just wanted to share my success over the past year and a half!
I was always up and down with my weight, before I went out of control. I focused on exercise and the mindset of food before I became pregnant in 2016. But I decided to use the pregnancy as an excuse to eat the most necessary products, which I prevented myself from enjoying when I was working. I literally ate nothing but cake and ice cream.
What's for dinner? Cake and ice cream. Would you like a snack? Yes, pie and ice cream, please. Breakfast time on the cake.
I would sometimes switch it and eat ice cream and a cake.
So, I give birth, and I lost weight after giving birth (up to 285), but due to the suppression of some problems with depression, I got it back and much more.
At 315 pounds, the most significant weight, I knew that I needed to lose it. Because I hated hiding, I hated my clothes, I hated how I could not perform the usual tasks that I did so easily. My first step was to go back to the exercises and try to eat right. I sometimes lose something, but it was such a struggle! In the end, I got to 285 and wanted to get an extra push. I found out about KETO and thought it was a fad or just a plan lie, but I was reluctant to research and test. I lost so much weight and gained such confidence that I am still afraid that I am less now. I still have my “fat mantle” about criticizing my body image, forgetting that I have smaller clothes that I can fit in comfortably, can walk through thinner holes (between parked cars, etc.) ).
I just want people to see that while progress can take some time, it's worth it! There is no rush or timetable to immediately lose everything. But if you can drop it at a constant pace, it will happen! Stay positive!
