Try this simple 4-ingredient Baked Brie recipe made with real California cheese. This is a favorite crowd and a favorite owner, because it is so fast! You can replace the fillings with your favorite nuts and fruits, but the combination of cranberries and pecans on this one makes it ideal for holiday parties. In addition, this Californian milk seal means that the product is made from 100% natural Californian milk and supports local farming families in California.
This easy recipe with a shaved one has just changed my life. It’s so simple and so tasty – trust me, try it and your guests will be impressed. Well, it cannot even be considered a recipe, because it is so simple and takes only 4 ingredients.
- Real California Milk Brie Cheese (wedge or wheel – both work)
- chopped pecans or walnuts
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Carefully remove the upper skin of the brie.
Place on baked parchment paper.
Cover brie honey generously and place in the oven for 6-10 minutes or until it is fully heated.
Carefully remove the brie from the oven and top with cranberries and chopped nuts.
Serve immediately with bread or crackers.
Keep the bottom and side rind on the cheese so that it does not fall apart. (The brie peel is edible!)
Parchment paper will help prevent sticking of cheese or honey to the pan.
Go ahead and prepare your dish and glasses (bread, crackers, fruit, etc.) while the brie is heating up.
Honey can melt and make a mess – be very careful when you remove it from the oven.
The number of fillings depends on how much you shaved – you will get more than enough to cover it.
Carefully transfer the brie from the baking sheet to the serving dish and serve heat.
This is not a dish that you can do ahead of time – it is best fresh from the oven. Just remind guests that this is HOT!
