Here is my opinion. If you are an adult woman with acne, you should stop wasting time and money and just check your hormones.
Our hormones are in most cases inextricably linked to acne breakouts. Knowing what your hormones do is incredibly useful in the pursuit of clean skin.
If I could take the time machine back when I was getting out badly, that would be one of the first things I would do.
I did not do this. Because I thought it was too expensive. And I thought that I already knew everything that I needed to know in order to clean my skin (partly true, but there are things that I would do differently, this is one of them).
That's why you should just do this:
1. Testing your hormones will save you money
Well, you tell me
How much money are you wasting on supplements that don't work for you because you don't know what your hormones are doing?
I mean that the Internet is great because it is full of people who share information that we may never have had access to. But now there is so much information (i.e. conflicting information), it has received a critical mass.
It's awesome, but the most remarkable thing about it is making everything confusing. af,
I admit that I play a role in this only by default, since I have a blog and share information. But it is inevitable!
The facts are that it works for one person and their hormonal imbalance may not be what suits you if you have a different imbalance.
But when you see people getting clear skin on a miracle supplement, it's hard not to want to try it.
The next thing you know, you are still not clear, your wallet is empty, and your crates are full of bottles for additional use.
(No shameful ladies, you should see my own “graveyard of additions” as I like it).
If you try to test your hormones, then you can choose supplements and other strategies that are 10 times more likely to help you.
In short, testing your hormones will save you money in the long run, even if it's a little more.
2. Testing your hormones will give you peace of mind
Do you know this confusion that I mentioned before?
Millions of treatment options?
Doesn't it look like a heavy weight?
As an inexplicable anxiety … as if you will never know, because you have no idea what is happening, and why you are breaking out, and how could you find the right treatment?
Although you will never know everything about why your body does what it does, the hormone test is a great start for the right treatment.
Believe me, you will feel much more opportunities if you know what is happening.
3. Testing your hormones will save you time.
I mean, I don't know about you, but when my skin was covered in acne, I couldn't clear up quickly enough. I wanted it to happen, for example, yesterday.
Well, your tested hormones are going to shave off a lot of free time from your clean skin travel. Time spent on trial and error.
Not that it was perfect. This is not a magic bullet. There may be trial and error. But they will be much less!
This means that you become clear and begin to feel confident much earlier.
Tune in to my next blog post, I'll tell you what hormones you need to test and what are the best testing methods.
